1. Who we are

The BillTrace Wine shop Stock application ("the app") is provided by BillTrace Infotech to help Wine shop owners and outlets record daily stock, sales and cash movements.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, registered mobile number and (optionally) email address, used to create and secure your login.
• Business data you enter: stock, sales, cash and transaction records for your shop.
• Technical data: basic information required to keep your session secure.

3. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store and show the stock and cash reports you create.
• To send one-time passwords (OTP) over WhatsApp/SMS for sign-up, password reset and account deletion.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Business records you enter are visible to your own company/organisation within BillTrace. We share data only where required by law.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion from the web at https://wineshop.billtraceinfotech.com/ account-deletion.

When you delete your account, your personal login details (name, email and password) are permanently removed and your login is disabled. Business transaction records (stock and cash entries) that belong to your company are retained for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

6. Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing.
